Cosy room, best bathroom, active staff. Bed was very comfy, I enjoyed it. The location was lovely with easy access to shops and retailers. I liked to spend time in the amazing outdoor bar...

The place was reasonably clean and staff were apologetic, I loved brilliant location. Food was outstanding - lots of options. Uniquely decorated room with comfy bed and nice views. Marvellous service too.

Our rooms were comfortable. Mission Grille served dishes within 300 feet off the hotel. This is a venue go-to for San Francisco! It was definitely 4 stars for us:)))
